Who is Nicole Stevens?

Simply, I am a disabled former software engineer. I live on the Oregon coast with my other person and dog. We like to drive and I like to shoot photos.

I am also a musician of sorts, see my YouTube Link above for my original music.

History

I grew up in California, mostly the Bay Area and came of age during the 1980s Silicon Valley Booom. I taught myself programming and electronics.

Since I was a young teen I have been spending summers and other free time in Western Oregon and Washington (I even, breifly, attended Jr. High School in Seaside, Or) and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2002.

Why I shoot pixels

Digital photography appeals to my technical and artisitc natures.

There is beauty almost anywhere of you stop to take a look and I liked to bring some of it home with me, in the form of pictures!
